• If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will gladly replace or exchange any such goods or refund you the price paid.

• In all other circumstances, 'TWS' will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected. We cannot accept liability to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, anticipated savings, disappointment, wasted expenditure, indirect or consequential loss or damage, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss arising out of any problem in relation to the goods, their delivery to you or your use of the Site, otherwise than from actions by us or our agents or employees.

Refunds Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by us. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by a reseller must be returned to that reseller.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

4. Delivery

The time within which your order will be delivered to you and the applicable delivery charges are dependent on the country where you live.

Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you the goods will become your responsibility and we cannot accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction or for customs and other local taxes and duties.

If the goods you order are not available, for whatever reason, we will inform you of the position by e-mail by post or by telephone (at the address or telephone number provided by you with your order details), cancel the order and refund you the price and delivery charges paid for the goods.

Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be made within 28 days of notifying you of the non-availability of the goods.

'TWS' is the owner of the trademarks appearing on this Site and all associated trade names, logos and devices unless indicated to the contrary. All other trademarks, logos and names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners, as indicated.

You may download and print extracts from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you by such downloading.

We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you in transmitting information to us by internet link, e-mail or by post. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility and shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us.
